This week we focused on activism and the arts. Jennifer Flynn of the Health Global Access Project talked about 25 years of ACT-UP and the planned demonstrations to mark ACT-UP’s anniversary. Filmmaker Antonino D’Ambrosio and attorney Leo Glickman discussed D’Ambrosio’s new film Let Fury Have the Hour. The film, which premiered this Saturday at the Tribeca Film Festival, covers arts and activism in the 1980s until now and features artists such as Eve Ensler, Shepard Fairey, and more.
